This is the successful launch attempt of the Falcon 9 Dragon system by SpaceX on May 22nd, 2012. The Falcon 9 successfully lifted off at 3:44am EST, and 11 minutes 38 seconds into the flight, successfully deployed both solar power arrays.

The four Chicago cops interrogating the political activism a few men who were stopped for turning into a driveway to turn around. Yes, they were stopped for that.
