Tom Cruise and Holmes announced yesterday that they had arrived at a mutually agreeable divorce settlement, and while their lawyers are remaining mum on details, it’s being widely reported that Suri will live primarily with her mom and dad will be the visiting parent.

Scientists at the University of South Carolina have turned the t-shirt fabric into a ‘supercapacitor’. A way to use a cheap T-shirt to store electrical power.

Xiaodong Li, a professor of mechanical engineering at the university teamed up with post-doctorate researcher Lihong Bao to find a solution.

They used a T-shirt bought from a local discount store, which was soaked in a solution of fluoride, dried and then baked in an oxygen-free environment at high temperature. Google Pays $22.5M for Privacy Penalty

Google is set to pay to pay $ 22.5m (£14.5m) to settle a privacy complaint. Because Google had bypassed a “do not track” setting selected in Apple’s Safari web browser.

The Wall Street Journal revealed that Google had exploited a loophole in Safari, It allowed Google’s cookies to be installed via adverts on popular websites even if users’ browsers’ preferences had been set to reject them. This allowed the firm to track people’s web-use habits even if they had not given it permission to do so.
