A dump truck carrying soil went out of control and hit a tricycle before crashing onto a police outpost in Taytay, Rizal. According to report, four people were confirmed dead and several were injured.
On the initial investigation, the dump truck went out of control after its brakes failed. The tricycle involved in the accident was overloaded with 16 students.Many of the victims were buried in the soil carried by the dump truck.
